Upgrading the old PC and I have yet again been reminded why its such a bad idea to toss all the hardware in to a case prior to table top testing. Wasted a bit of time and think I’ve narrowed things down to a deffective mother board.

Luckily for this trouble shooting I had bought 2 of everything. One for my self and another for a friend whom decided he wanted to upgrade his as well but was too lazy to do the research so he wanted what ever I ended up getting.

So I’ve been fortunate enough to have spare parts to swap out. I’ll be swapping mother boards later tonight and will update this post then.
